Your private project information.
Effective October 16, 2026. This notice covers the optional client project workspace. The public project assistant and its anonymous inquiry process have separate consent and retention information.
What you choose to save
The workspace stores your project description, location, timing and budget preferences, in-app conversation, and files you choose to upload. We use that information to review and coordinate your request. Saving a request does not approve work, pricing, a construction schedule, a meeting or an engineering design.
Your account and access
Google Firebase Authentication processes the sign-in details for the methods offered on the sign-in screen. Our project service receives your verified account identity, rather than your password. Being signed in does not give access to somebody else’s project. Authorized company staff can use project information to assist with your request.
The workspace uses Google Cloud services in the United States for private project records and files. Private files are retrieved through authenticated project access; they are not a public portfolio. No marketing consent or permission to publish your photos follows from creating an account.
Storage period
Before saving a new request, you must agree to the versioned private-project-request-v1 policy. Project access expires 365 days after that request is created. Each request shows its exact access end date. Uploading a new file or sending a message does not extend that period. Automatic deletion, recovery copies and provider processing can take additional time after access expires.
Your authentication account is separate from a request’s storage period and can remain until account deletion. Content-free security and request-replay records may be retained to prevent unauthorized access and duplicate actions. Contact us about account deletion or the correction, revocation or deletion of a particular request.
Files and communication
Supported project images are validated, resized and re-encoded before private storage. Only supported formats appear in the upload control. An image labeled as a plan remains a reference image; it is not a professional engineering approval. The workspace does not send these private project images to the public AI assistant.
A saved in-app message is not an email, text message, booking or confirmation that the team has read it. For time-sensitive questions, use the team’s direct phone or email. Marketing, public portfolio use and any future outbound notification options require their own applicable permission.
Older inquiries and your choices
A new account or matching email address does not automatically attach an older anonymous inquiry. Linking an older inquiry requires its own secure proof and consent process. You can continue using the public contact options without creating an account.
Please avoid uploading passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or information unrelated to the project. You can sign out on a shared device. Contact us to request a correction, access review or deletion.
