This notice explains how our website handles inquiries and optional private project accounts. You can contact us without using AI or creating an account.

Information you choose to share
We use project ideas, location, timing and budget preferences, contact details, conversation and optional images to review inquiries and coordinate your request. Share only what is relevant. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, faces and unrelated private information. Sending information does not confirm pricing, availability, a meeting, engineering approval or construction.
Email, calls and texts
The email contact form prepares a draft in your email app; you review and send it yourself. Calls, texts and email are handled by your chosen provider and our team. Hello, Yari and Ray email addresses share the company inbox. Those communications have separate records and retention from the website inquiry.
Optional project assistant
The simple project form does not use AI. If you choose the AI assistant, your description and optional photos are processed through Google Cloud AI to help organize the inquiry. Contact fields are excluded from AI prompts, but personal details typed into chat or visible in a photo can still reach the AI provider. Its observations are general and unverified. Your photos are not published to our gallery.
How long inquiry information remains
Anonymous draft access expires after 24 hours. Draft photo copies are scheduled for deletion after 2 days. Submitted briefs and photos, including private copies staged during a failed or uncertain submission, may remain for 90 days. Managed deletion and recovery copies can take additional time. Discarding a draft does not remove an earlier submitted or staged copy.
Your optional private workspace
Google Firebase Authentication processes sign-in credentials. Private project requests, messages and supported image files are available only through authorized access. Request access expires 365 days after creation; messages and uploads do not extend it. Deletion and provider recovery copies can take additional time. Your sign-in account has a separate lifetime and can remain until account deletion. Creating an account does not automatically attach an older anonymous inquiry or give permission to publish photos or send marketing.
Service providers and browser storage
We use Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, authentication, private records and files. Project storage is in the United States; optional AI uses Google’s US multi-region. Providers also process technical request, account and security information under their own applicable terms and retention. The website uses browser storage for your language choice, sign-in persistence and necessary session protection. Advertising pixels and marketing analytics are not currently enabled.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact us to ask about your information, correct a detail, review access or request deletion. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account or project before releasing or changing private information. You can decline AI, skip photos, use direct contact options and sign out on a shared device. An in-app message is not confirmation that the team has read it; use direct contact for time-sensitive questions.
